Praveen Chand is an infrastructure, energy, and geopolitics commentator whose writing draws on more than 38 years of experience across major EPCC projects in oil & gas, civil infrastructure, and renewable energy. A Civil Engineering graduate from NIT Trichy with a Master’s in Construction Law from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, he has held senior leadership roles including Project Director, SBU Head, and Country Head across assignments from West Asia to East Asia.
