Praveen Chand is an infrastructure, energy, and geopolitics commentator whose writing draws on more than 38 years of experience across major EPCC projects in oil & gas, civil infrastructure, and renewable energy. A Civil Engineering graduate from NIT Trichy with a Master’s in Construction Law from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, he has held senior leadership roles including Project Director, SBU Head, and Country Head across assignments from West Asia to East Asia. His analytical writing focuses on geopolitics, energy security, infrastructure strategy, and economic trends, linking policy shifts with practical industrial realities.
